ABOUT ME
My Story
I’ve spent the last 20+ years helping governments, global institutions, and industry leaders turn strategy into impact. From advising the UN Executive Board on governance reform for $14 billion in global operations, to leading post-Brexit transformation programmes across the UK, my work has always centred on solving complex problems with clarity, diplomacy, and precision.
I’ve led high-stakes programmes for UK government departments, European Union institutions, World Bank, and the European Investment Bank to shape strategies, policies, and to restructure operations, and unlock funding worth billions. Whether it’s designing governance frameworks, building high-performance teams, or guiding elected officials through economic recovery, I bring a strategic lens and a hands-on approach.
My journey has taken me across 30+ countries for work. I now call London home after having lived in Istanbul, Brussels and Rome. I’ve lectured at leading universities, built capacity for thousands of civil servants, and chaired negotiations with ministers, diplomats, and CEOs. I speak five languages fluently and thrive in multicultural environments where collaboration drives change.
